Adrienne Germaine – Burlesque Dancer
Here is an example of exactly how frustrating researching biographies for some of these vintage models is. I have two photos of this beauty, and tantalizing hints of a couple more. Those are in “Spick” Magazine, an mid-1950s men’s magazine that looks to have been published in Britain that seems to have focused mostly on pin-up shots that featured stockings.
But, this photo above is listed as having been taken by Stephen Glass in 1957. Another photo of her is a spread shot, with garters and stockings that could easily have fit into the Spick magazine format if they started going for more nudity in later years.
This one is listed on various burlesque forums as Adrienne Germaine, but I am not able to find any additional information about her being a dancer at all.
